Terms of Service

The number is set on the call and holds to the receipt, with the $89 service call already inside it. It changes only when you change the job on site, and that change is quoted and agreed before anything more is done.

Ranges published here describe typical work. An evening arrival adds +$55, an overnight arrival +$95, and both are counted into the quoted total.

A lobby door, a garage gate and the unit behind them are separate jobs, each quoted on its own. For any of them the technician first establishes the right to enter — ID with the address, a lease, a registration, or a manager confirming. Where that fails, nothing is opened.

Non-destructive entry comes first, so hardware is kept wherever it can be. Drilling is used only after you have been told why, given the replacement price, and agreed to it.

Our workmanship is covered for 90 days from the visit; hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Misuse, a later forced entry and changes made by others are excluded.

Payment is due when the work is done, by card or contactless, with an itemised invoice by email. Once a technician has reached the address, a cancellation carries the fee quoted at booking.

So far as the law allows, liability for any claim from a job is limited to the amount paid for it; liability that cannot be limited by law remains.
