One figure on the call, whether the lock seized or the door simply shut behind you. On the phone nobody knows yet which one it is, and you should not have to guess to get a price. The number quoted covers the visit, the labour and the parts either way: a cylinder full of corrosion that has to come out, a snapped blade that has to come back out of the keyway, or a door that closed behind you with a perfectly healthy lock in it.
